PURPOSE:To provide the ultrasonic treating device which enhances the efficiency by suppressing unnecessary heating to the minimum and also, has no danger and has high safety, although the device consists of a simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:A Langevin type ultrasonic vibrator 1 is constituted by inserting and holding an oscillating part 6 formed by superposing and laminating alternately a polarized piezoelectric element (PZT) 4 and an electrode 5, between a front metallic member 2 and a backing metallic member 3, allowing the rear end side part of a bolt 7 whose tip is fixed to the front metallic member 2 to pass through the backing metallic member 3 from the oscillating part 6 and screwing the backing metallic member 3 to its outside periphery. |
