PURPOSE:To carry out the uniform polishing free from unevenness by installing a polished member in a turnable manner around the specific axis of a jig. CONSTITUTION:A proper number of projection parts 21 which project aslantly upward and fix a polished member 25 are installed, keeping the proper intervals, on a pipe 20 which turns around the axis of a jig 10. In this case, two projection parts are opposed on the opposite sides of the pipe 20, and each pair are installed in deflection by 90 deg. around the axis. A shock softening member 23 for the turning movement of the pipe 20 is installed. During the barrel vibration, the jig 10 performs the gentle turning operation, accompanied with the shift of a medium. Accordingly, the formation of a struck flaw or the generation of the part free from the collision of the medium can be prevented. |
