PURPOSE:To provide the conductive roll which has lesser environmental dependency of electric resistance by forming the simple substance of the base layer so as to have the environmental dependency opposite from the environmental dependency a conductive film layer. CONSTITUTION:The simple substance of the conductive film layer is formed of a material having the high resistance value under L/L conditions (15 deg.C, 10% relative humidity) and the low resistance value under H/H conditions (32.5 deg.C, 85% relative humidity). Or vice versa and the conductive film layer is thus so formed as to have the opposite environmental dependency. The thickness, etc., of the respective materials are selected in such a manner that the resistance values of approximately the same degrees are obtd. both under the L/L and H/L conditions when the base layer and the conductive film layer are combined, by which the conductive roll having the lesser environmental dependency is obtd. The conductive roll having the lesser environmental dependency when the base layer and the conductive film layer are combined is obtd. if conductive fillers are incorporated at 1 to 60wt.% into polyurethane foam to constitute the base layer particularly in the case N-methoxymethylated nylon is used for the conductive film layer. |
