<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue a hard-to-duplicate personal authentication medium exhibiting excellent alteration and forgery prevention effect in which alteration and forgery can be judged easily. <P>SOLUTION: A light face image, a character string of small letters, and a fluorescent signature are printed for personal authentication together with a character string, a face image and a signature.
