Bulk produced fibre end sleeves separator device - advances sleeves automatically to chute and ejects sleeve individually for discharging

The device has a chute (1), a brush (2), positional members (3, 4) a stop (5), two spring catches (6, 7). A discharger (8), a bolt (9) and a cover (10). The chute (1) is rotatably mounted on the bolt (9). The cover (10) is adjustable and is connected to the cute (1). The brush (2) and bolt (9) lie in the same axial plane. The brush (2) moves the sleeves to be separated to the stop (5). A positional member (4) turns the chute (1) around the width of a sleeve. The bridge of the chute (1) thereby separates one sleeve at the stop (5) from the rest of the sleeves remaining in the chute (1). On the discharger side, the spring catches (6, 7) have a chamfer. The sleeve to be discharged is moved sideways by a wedging force between its collar and the chamfer of the catches (6, 7). The other positional member (3) rotates the chute (1) to start a work cycle.
