The vesicle improves a contrast ratio on ON-OFF time in a PDLC. The vesicle of a hydrophobic and hydrophilic includes in it a liquid crystal materials. The liquid crystal vesicle is of a stable polymer. A PDLC includes transparent electrodes in the two-sides, and has liquid crystal drops distributed in discrete states. A PDLC has a stable polymer. The vesicle has a hydrophobic alchyl chain,and an ammonium salty, carbonic acid, sulphuric, oxalic acid, and phosphoric acid hydrophilic chain.
