摘要

Cephalosporin derivatives of the general formula <CHEM> in which R represents one of the groups <CHEM> and the corresponding readily hydrolyzable, pharmaceutically acceptable esters and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts and hydrates of these compounds as well as a process for their manufacture and pharmaceutical preparations which contain these compounds, furthermore the use of the compounds in the control of illnesses and for the manufacture of the aforementioned preparations.
