PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of bad working of an ejector pin caused by flowing of molten metal into a cracking generated near a gate in a copper alloy-made casting die. CONSTITUTION:Iron-made reinforcing members 29, 29 are embedded into the copper alloy-made fixing die 1 and movable die 3 and faced to the gate 8 forming the tip parts of the ejector pins 13, 18 penetrated to slide freely between both dies 1, 3. Even if the crack C is generated on both dies 1, 3 caused by the molten metal poured into the gate 8, this crack C is interferred with the reinforcing members 29, 29 and does not reach to the outer periphery of the ejector pins 13, 18, and in this reason, the bad working of the ejector pins 13, 18 is prevented. |
