PURPOSE:To obtain a composite molded product having excellent appearance by specifying the pressing force applied from the outside after the foamable resin positioned at a core part is foamed under heating and a surface layer forming material is pressed to the interior of a mold and the pressing force applied from the outside before the liquid molding resin positioned at the core part is cured. CONSTITUTION:A surface layer forming material is arranged in a mold and a foamable resin and a liquid molding resin are allowed to be present at the part becoming a foamed core part after molding. After the mold is closed, the foamable resin is foamed under heating to be pressed to the inner restricting surface of the surface layer forming material of the mold and, at a point of time when pressure is sufficiently raised, pressure Pa is applied from the outside so as to satisfy formula I. Before the liquid molding resin is cured, pressure Pb is applied from the outside so as to satisfy formula II. In the formulae I, II, Pmn is the lower limit of max. internally generated pressure irregularity, Po is the own wt. surface pressure applied from an upper mold to a lower mold, Pq is the limit pressure preventing the leak of the liquid resin from the mold and Pmx is the upper limit of max. internally generated pressure irregularity. |
