This invention is for the repumping of gas, liquid, radioactive waste pulp with regenerative solution preparation devices.The twirl eductor is more efficient in comparison with usual eductors, it can repump highly concentrated pulps (suspensions), including liquid radioactive AES waste, and it also ensures the safety of the eductor work chamber and concentrated acid storage capacity from corrosion, while using the eductor for the preparation of regenerative solutions for boiler, thermal and nuclear power-station water dry-cleaning devices.Unlike available eductors, in twirl eductors the working body moves into a working chamber in a rotary motion because of its tangential nature and outflows through its centred annular nozzle.The repumping of very concentrated pulps is ensured by forced pulp feeding with the help of a pony orifice in the main centrifugal orifice and the rotary motion of the working body and repumped medium in the mix pipe.The security of concentrated acid storage capacity from corrosion ensures the back valve-limiter installation inside the intake interpipe. The working chamber of the safety eductor is ensured by the fact that acid does not get into it. |
