PURPOSE:To improve cooking performance by deciding a pan for whether it is of set quality or not based on a signal from a switching element on-time detecting circuit and an input power detecting part, and increasing input power in the case of the pan of set quality. CONSTITUTION:Based on outputs of an input power detecting part 4 and an on-time detecting part for detecting on-time of a switching element 5, a load pan 2 is decided for whether it is the pan of set quality or not by a pan deciding means 11. When the pan is decided a pan of exclusive use magnetically coupled to a heating coil by the set quality, an input power increasing circuit 9 is controlled through the means 11, and input power is increased to improve cooking performance. |
