摘要 The time coding device uses a source (1) of luminous pulses and a coding unit (2) whose position depends on the value of the physical magnitude. A detector (4) transmits (5) the light pulses towards the coding unit (2) and a pulse receiver for the coded pulses. The source (1) simultaneously generates pulses with two different wavelengths, lambda 1 and lambda 2. The light pulses are separated (9a) as a function of their wavelength. The pulses with a wavelength lambda 1 pass through the detector (4) and are coded. The pulses with wavelength lambda 2 are redirected to an analyser (7) to act as pulses for triggering the detector (4). USE/ADVANTAGE- Fibre optic position detector for aircraft or work machine. Precise triggering of detector acquisition while avoiding any risk of error.
