One should carry out relaxation of Oddi's sphincter with nitroglycerin in patient to an empty stomach followed by hepatobiliscintigraphy to register half-life time of radiopharmpreparation out of choledochus and according to the difference in obtained values it is possible to diagnose mechanic choledochal obstruction. The present method is very simple in application and enables to reliably conclude upon possible barrier for bile outflow in patients with acute cholecystitis.
