<p>PURPOSE:To provide a subminiature facsimile equipment with respect to a thermosensible recording facsimile equipment in which the amount of use of thermosensible paper is reduced to 1/3 and power consumption is reduced to 1/6 for example. CONSTITUTION:The subminiature facsimile equipment is provided with a monolithic LSI thermal head of ultrahigh density formed by forming a heat resistor 1 made of a Cr-Si-SiO alloy thin film resistor and an Ni conductor onto a drive LSI chip and featured by recording picture information sent from other equipment through reduction to a prescribed size of a size A6 or over and a size A5 or below without reducing the information quantity.</p> |
