<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a dedicated control input signal which is inputted to a noise canceling voltage generating circuit. CONSTITUTION:An integration circuit part 10 accumulates electric charges based upon an input voltage Vin in an integrating capacitor 12 by using a specific amplifier. The integration circuit part 10 outputs an output voltage Vout based upon the accumulated charges. A reset switch element 14 and a reset circuit 16 discharges the accumulated charges from the integrating capacitor 12 to reset it. A switching noise generated at the time of this resetting is canceled by a noise canceling switching element 20 and the canceling voltage generating circuit 22 according to a reset input signal CTL. Therefore, the need for the control input signal dedicated to noise cancellation is eliminated.</p> |
