<p>PURPOSE:To extremely reduce the necessary time when the same data are written in a large memory area. CONSTITUTION:A group of memory elements 11 contains the blocks 1a-1p and an auxiliary memory element 2 is provided against these blocks 1a-1p. The element 21 is selected and can be read and written when either of elements 11 is selected out of the blocks 1a-1p. A data selector circuit 6 confirms whether the selected element 21 is already written or not. If not, the stored data on the corresponding selected element 11 are read out. Then the same data are not written in the element 11 and written in an auxiliary memory element 21 that is provided against the blocks 1a-1p where the element 11 belongs.</p> |
