AUTOCOATING METHOD FOR SEWING MACHINE FRAME

The method employs a hanger having two weight centers for conveying the sewing machine frame to the position before/after painting process. The method is composed of the steps of: hanging sewing machine frame (8) on the finger (7) with a latch (9) of hanger (6) and conveying the frame (8) hanging on the hook (10) from starting point (2) to the position for acid processing and dipping; transferring the hanger (6) from a before-process finished position (3) to the after-process conveyor line by using an auto transfer device (4) and spraying powder to the surface of the frame (8).
