PURPOSE:To provide a colored polyolefin-coated steel material which has various colors in the coating, and excellent beauty. CONSTITUTION:A colored polyurethane-coated steel material is obtained by ground-treating a surface necessary for beauty of the material 1 and sequentially laminating a black polyolefin layer 5 with carbon black, a colored polyolefin layer 6 with colored pigment and an isocyanate curable fluororesin primer layer 7 through a modified polyolefin adhesive layer 4 on the ground.
