<p>PURPOSE:To improve the picking capability of a stratification picking system which consists of an automatic warehouse and a picking device. CONSTITUTION:When a shipping pallet is loaded to the palletizing position 3 of a picking device 1, five single item pallets P1 to P5 output from an automatic warehouse 4, and pooled on a loop formed by a conveying passage 7 are delivered to a palletizing position 2 in order, so as to be picked up. Of the pooled single item pallets, a pallet whose palletizing request order is the final and not necessary to be palletized now is collected, while the pallet whose palletizing request order is the first, of the single item pallets not pooled yet, is fed to the palletizing position.</p> |
