PURPOSE: To provide a dispensing apparatus capable of dispensing (distributing) the high viscous vegetable oil-contained product such as a pan coating by mounting a closed pressurized dispensing apparatus capable of srapying at normal temperature and pressure. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle assembly 30 for high viscous vegetable oil-contained product having above 60 cPs of viscosity and free from the need of dillution with an agent for VOC(valatile organic compound), is connected to a delivery passageway or a conduit from an independent closed pressurized container 10 and comprises a first passageway and a second passageway, and the conduit is connected to a mechanical break up chamber connected to the delivery passageway of the pressurized container. The first and second passageways divide the fluid discharged from the mechanical break up chamber into two flows. Each conduit comprises a fluid outlet to the atmosphere, and the first and second conduits in combination with the fluid outlet, define a discharge axis. The first fluid conduit discharge axis intersects the second fluid conduit discharge axis at an impingement angleβof from 10 deg. to 170 deg. so that the pan coating exiting each outlet intersects at a nozzle. The fluid exiting the first outlet collides with the pan coating exiting the second outlet to break the pan coating into small droplets to form a wide angle mist.
