<p>PURPOSE:To provide a resin sheet which prevents wrinkles from occurring caused by a difference in a heat shrinkage degree between vertically and horizontally. CONSTITUTION:A sunvisor body 2 wherein shape memory resin 7 is applied to a surface of a skin material 5 is heated by 150 deg.C/1min, and a shape is stored into the shape memory resin 7. (2)-(3). The shape memory resin 7 into which the shape is stored, has been in a glassy state since a macro molecule is cooled to be solidified at a glass transition point Tg (near 35 deg.C) or lower. (figure 4.) Then, by a hard property of the shape memory resin 7 which has been in the glassy state, elastic motion in respective directions of the skin material 5 is restrained. Further, when the temperature in a car room becomes equal to the glass transition point Tg or higher, the shape memory resin 7 expands at almost the same expansion coefficient in all directions, and a longitudinal direction A and a lateral direction B of the skin material 5 wherein the shape memory resin 7 is provided integrally onto its surface are elongated at almost the same elongation coefficient.</p> |
