PURPOSE:To obtain an offset printing press having a low, simple and miniaturized structure, not requiring post work such as the washing of an ink roller, capable of being made full-automatic and simple to handle. CONSTITUTION:A plate carrier 1 and a blanket carrier 10 are formed from an endless belt and an etching soln. applying device 60, a water applying device 70 and an ink applying device 80 are arranged to the outer peripheral part of the plate carrier and non-etched master paper is supplied from a plate supply device to be automatically etched to perform printing. When a printing press is not used, an ink drying preventing liquid storage tank 95 rises and an ink roller is dipped in an ink drying preventing soln. to prevent the drying of the ink bonded to the surface of the ink roller. |
