<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the intrusion of an electromagnetic noise by sealing a light emitting source and a light receiving power generating element in the same case, and using a power generated by irradiating the light receiving power generating element with the light energy of the light emitting source as the power source of a computer. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a xenon lamp 2 and a solar battery 1 being the light receiving power generating element provided in opposite to the xenon lamp 2, and they are sealed in a case 3. Then, when an appropriate voltage is impressed from a power source 4 to the xenon lamp 2, the lamp 2 emits a light, and the solar battery 1 is irradiated with the light. At that time, the solar battery 1 absorbs the light energy, generates a power, and a voltage is generated at an electrode 11. Then, when the electromagnetic noise is superimposed on the power source 4 due to an atmospherics phenomenon or the like, and a rapid voltage change is generated, the light emitting amounts of the xenon lamp 2 are changed, and the change of the light quantity is calm on a response characteristic. Moreover, the change of the power generating amounts of the solar battery 1 which generates the power by the optical energy is also calm. Thus, the electromagnetic noise of the original power source 4 can be smoothed, and absorbed.</p> |
