The system intended for detection, qualitative and quantitative analysis, isolation and concentration of substances having antigenic activity contained in solution and/or in suspension in a liquid is of the type in which the said substance is immobilised biochemically on a physical support by an immunological reaction with a specific reactant linked to this support, characterised in that the said support consists of a two-dimensional porous structure through which the said liquid can circulate by filtration in a continuous and, where appropriate, repetitive circuit until the said substance has been almost completely immobilised.
