PURPOSE:To reduce or prevent a gas defect caused in a cast products (cast steel) in a casting mold using an organic adhesive. CONSTITUTION:In a casting method by a casting mold 5 using the organic adhesive, the mold 5 formed in a casting flask 7 having ventilation holes 8 is set in a steel chamber 9 whose upper face is opened. After the upper clearance between the flask 7 and the chamber 9 is closed with a sealing plate 10, the inside pressure of the chamber is reduced and while maintaining the reduced pressure, melted steel 2 is poured in the mold 5 to be solidified. |
