PURPOSE:To obtain a new compound exhibiting yellow color, having excellent light-resistance and transferability and useful for heat-sensitive transfer sheet, etc. CONSTITUTION:The compound of formula I [X is 2-10C perfluoroalkyl; R is H, (substituted) alkyl, cycloalkyl, allyl or (substituted) phenyl]. The compound of formula I can be produced by diazotizing an aniline compound of formula II and coupling to a pyridone compound of formula III. |
