<p>PURPOSE:To provide a highly precise flow rate control stabilized for a long period which can continuously increase and decrease flow rate, causes no erosion damage in a valve shutting seat, does not require another low resistance regulating valve, and is free from the increase in cost and deterioration of maintenance property resulted from a balance seal. CONSTITUTION:In a high differential regulating valve 10, a cage 15 has high resistance passage ports 41-43 of plural stages forming a high resistance passage 40; and a low resistance passage port 51 forming a low resistance passage 50 in the number of stages lesser than that of the high resistance passage ports 41-43. The fluid on an inlet passage 12 side is guided to the high resistance passage 40 side in low opening area, and also guided to the low resistance passage 50 together with the high resistance passage 40 side in middle and high opening areas.</p> |
