PURPOSE:To efficiently manifest activity of an enzyme acylating the 4''-position of an acylating macrolide antibiotic. CONSTITUTION:A microorganism having an enzyme gene capable of acylating the 4''-position of a macrolide antibiotic (tylosin, spiramycin, angolamycin or deltamycin) is transduced with DNA fragment containing acyB2 gene obtained from a bacterium belonging to the genus Streptomyces to amplify the enzyme gene capable of acylating 4'' of the macrolide antibiotic.
