PRODUCTION OF GOLF CLUBHEAD

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a producting method of a golf clubhead which sufficiently demonstrates the characteristics of titanium or a titanium alloy (light and excellent repulsive force and anti-corrosiveness) and smoothly and securely lowers the center of gravity of the head. CONSTITUTION:A metallic member 30 having a heavier specific gravity than a head body 10 made of titanium or a titanium alloy is fixed at the rear face by a fixing member 31 to form a sole cover 20 made of titanium or a titanium alloy. The sole cover 20 provided with a heavy weight is fixed to the head body 10. And hence, the center of gravity of the whole head can easily be lowered by smoothly and securely attaching the sole cover 20 to the head body 10.
