<p>This device is of the type implementing, on the one hand, at one of its ends, a sleeve (7) capable of receiving, by sliding engagement, the end fitting (8) made up of the other end of each length and, on the other hand, means for longitudinal translational connection composed of studs and of a circular groove for translational wedging. According to the invention, the groove (10, 20) for translational wedging has a longitudinal dimension equal to that of the stud (13, 13a, 23, 33) and communicates via its edges with at least one groove (12, 22) for insertion which, having a transverse dimension at least equal to that of the stud (13, 13a, 23, 33) are produced at the same time as the wedging groove in one of the assembly ends (7, 8), whereas each of the two assembly ends (7, 8) includes a means (7a, 8a, 11, 14) for translational abutment capable of interacting with that of the other end so as, at the end of engagement of the ends in one another, longitudinally to position each stud (13, 13a, 23a, 23) in its wedging groove (10, 20). <IMAGE></p> |
