- Working of metals. - The bending machine is characterised in that the two flaps (32a, 32b): . are mounted on the cradle by means of actual and individual pivot pins (ya, yb) which are located on a circular geometrical locus (L) centred on the rotation/inversion axis (20) of the cradle and being substantially tangential to the tips (beaks) on either side of and equally distant from a horizontal reference mid-plane (x-x') of the said cradle passing through the axis (20); . bear two bending plates (36a, 36b) whose bending edges or faces (38) can be adjusted relative to the said pins (y); . and are connected to two individual driving (motor) members (41), for pivoting-type driving, which are carried by the cradle. - Application to the bending of metal blanks. <IMAGE> |
