<p>An apparatus (10) is provided for controlling discharge of fuel vapor from the fuel tank (14). The apparatus (10) comprises a housing (12) defining an interior region (18), an assembly for defining an outer (64) and an inner (66) flow passageway for fuel vapor in the interior region (18), a valve member (76) for selectively blocking flow of fuel vapor through the outer flow passageway (64), the valve member (76) being movable between an unblocking position and a blocking position, and spring (86) for yieldably biasing the valve member (76) toward the unblocking position.</p> |
