PURPOSE:To provide the electronic percussion instrument on which the mode of a roll can be indicated by only an action of beating a pad and a roll with rich expression can easily be made. CONSTITUTION:This electronic percussion instrument is provided with a beating detecting means 21 which detects beating operation from a shock to the pad and outputs corresponding real note data RN, a successive beating deciding means 22 which decided whether the pad is successively beaten according to the time intervals of the real note data supplied from the detecting means 21, a delay note generating means 23 which generates delay note data AN when the decision means 22 decides the successive beating, an adding means 24 which adds the delay note data AN to the real note data RN and outputs note data ND for the roll, and a musical sound generating means 25 which generates a musical sound corresponding to the note data ND supplied from the adding means 24. |
