An internal combustion engine, a compressed-air engine or a compressor has a circular base housing (1); a working disk (3) which rotates in the working chamber around its center line; a filling and pushing-out chamber (4) in communication with the working chamber; a control disk (7) which rotates in the filling and pushing-out chamber around its center line and which forms a sealing gap with the limiting wall of the filling and pushing-out chamber and with the working disk; a circular combustion chamber (7) in communication with the working chamber; and a combustion chamber disk (9) which rotates in the combustion chamber around its center line.
