发明名称 DIELECTRIC RESONATOR AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a dielectric resonator in which a whole temperature charac teristic is adjusted to be a prescribed value by integrally forming the dielectric resonator by using plural dielectric materials in which the temperature character istic of a resonance frequency is mutually different. CONSTITUTION:A binder is added to two kinds of dielectric materials such as a Pb(Zr, Ce) O3 and an SrTiO3 in which the temperature characteristic of the resonance frequency is mutually different, so that two kinds of material admixtures 12 and 13 can be obtained. Next, the admixtures 12 and 13 are formed by an extruder, the pellet of the admixtures 12 and 13 is filled from the hopper of extruders 1 and 2 on which a head is mounted, the pellet is extruded into the head while heated and mixed, so that an extruded body 20 is obtained. In the extruded body 20, a center is made hollow by a mandrel 9, the admixtures 12 and 13 are superimposed in the surrounding, and the whole temperature characteristic is adjusted to be the prescribed value. Then, the extruded body 20 is degreased and sintered, and a resonance formed body can be obtained. Thus, the resonator having the temperature characteristic 0 [PPM/ deg.C] can be stably, precisely, and easily obtained.
