<p>PURPOSE:To dispense with a wiring board for an integrated circuit element, to reduce the cost, and also, to reduce thickness of a display module. CONSTITUTION:Plural LED elements 52 are subjected to matrix array, and mounted on a printed circuit board 51. In accordance with each group of eight pieces of LED elements 52 of the left side in 16 pieces of LED elements 52 for constituting each line, integrated circuit elements for driving 53-1, 53-2,..., 53-16 are provided. Also, in accordance with each group of eight pieces of LED elements 52 of the left side of each line, integrated circuit elements for driving 53-17, 53-18,..., 53-32 are provided. In such a way, by a static driving system, plural LED elements 52 are driven. The integrated circuit elements 53-1, 53-2,..., 53-32 are mounted in an area between mounting positions of the LED elements 52, on the printed circuit board 51 on which the LED elements 52 are mounted.</p> |
