PURPOSE:To recover the whole components of a sweet potato and completely utilize the sweet potato by freezing a peeled sweet potato, thawing the sweet potato, then collecting pressed juice and hydrolyzing and purifying starch and fibrous substances from the resultant solid part. CONSTITUTION:A sweet potato is washed and peeled and the peeled sweet potato is once frozen, thawed and then pressed to collect a pressed juice. The resultant solid part is further ground, separated and purified into starch and fibrosus substances to carry out the objective complete utilization of the sweet potato without discharging a waste liquor. |
