PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain a product of high quality from a flange of F.R.P structure by a laminated layer of a stringlike glass fiber utilizing a driving force. CONSTITUTION:A guiding mechanism is so provided as to convey a resin liquid tank A provided integrally with a downward oblique plate 1 while dipping a stringlike glass fiber in resin liquid, and connected to a guide mechanism for laterally reciprocating it in a specified width by a driving force. A mold having an inner mold B provided with a collar at one opening cylinder and an outer mold C provided with a collar at a detachable cylinder is rotated through a detachable rotary shaft. The fiber dipped in the resin liquid through the guiding mechanism is wound on the inner mold, homogeneously developed to be adhered and laminated by lateral reciprocation of the guiding mechanism and rotary motion of the inner mold by operating the driving force to form a pipe part of the flange, and a pedestal part of the flange is formed at a narrow part to be engaged between the inner mold and the outer mold. |
