PURPOSE:To prevent a decrease in the idling revolution number, and improve idling stability by correcting an intake air quantity increasingly according to a target field current immediately after. an electrical load is increased rapidly when the electrical load is increased rapidly when idling operation is carried out. CONSTITUTION:A throttle valve 3 and a bypass passage 4 to bypass the throttle valve 3 are arranged upstream of an air intake pipe 2 of an engine 1. An ISC stepper motor 5 to control the idling revolution number is arranged in the bypass passage 4. The stepper motor 5 carries out opening and closing control on the bypass passage 4, and controls a quantity of air sucked in the engine 1 when idling operation is carried out. An engine control unit 7 controls electrical continuity between a G terminal of an alternator 10 and the earth when the idling operation is carried out, and restricts an output electric current of the alternator 10, and controls the stepper motor 5, and corrects the idling revolution number. In this way, idling stability can be improved. |
