PURPOSE:To introduce the outside air in stable quantity into a living room, and to conduct natural ventilation by covering an atrium with a roof with an air inlet and installing a heat feeder elevating a temperature in the atrium in an underground structure. CONSTITUTION:An atrium 7 is covered with a natural lighting roof 25 connected to the upper section of the roof of a main body 9, and a ventilating tower 27 having a heat exchanging coil 29 on the inside is disposed in upright at the central section of the roof 25. Hot water at approximately 60 deg.C is passed through the heat exchanging coil 29, and the temperature of the inside of the ventilating tower 27 is elevated up to approximately 45 deg.C and temperature difference is generated among the inside of the ventilating tower and air-supply vertical holes 10, thus generating pressure difference between the inside of the ventilating tower and the atrium 7, then generating an ascending current in the atrium 7. The outside air flows through the inside of the ceiling 25, living rooms 11, the atrium 7 and the ventilating tower 27 from the air-supply vertical holes 10. Since the waste heat of a fuel cell does not vary largely as the quantity of solar radiation at that time, the temperature of the inside of the ventilating tower 27 is kept at approximately a fixed temperature. Accordingly, natural ventilation stable at all times can be conducted. |
