PRODUCTION OF LAMINATED MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To perform a process from the coating of laminating members with an adhesive to the completion of a laminated material within a short time without deforming a surface material or the like by heat in the production of the laminated material used in a door panel such as a fireproof door, a partitioning material, a wall material, the top plate of a desk or a blackboard. CONSTITUTION:In the production of a laminated material by the lamination of a plurality of laminating members, a humidity curable hot-melt adhesive is used in the mutual bonding of laminating members and applied to the surface of at least one laminating member (#12) and the other laminating member is superposed on the coated laminating member to form a laminated material (#14) and this laminated material is preheated (#15) to be subjected to hot press (#16) at temp. higher than the m.p. of the hot melt adhesive but lower than the thermal deformation temp. of the laminated material and this pressed laminated material is subjected to cold press (#17).
