TRANSFER FILM FOR FORMING PATTERN LAYER ON SURFACE OF BASE MATERIAL FOR SYNTHETIC LEATHER

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a transfer film characterized by that the adhesion and releasability between the base film and transfer layer of the transfer film is easily controlled and no crack or release is generated in the transfer layer even when the transfer film or synthetic leather after the transfer of the transfer layer is bent. CONSTITUTION:A transfer film consists of a base film composed of a biaxially stretched polyester film and the transfer layer formed on the base film and the transfer layer is formed from the release layer composed of a resin mixture consisting of 5-30wt.% of an acrylic resin with a glass transition point of 95-115 deg.C and 95-70wt.% of a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer resin with a glass transition temp. of 65-80 deg.C laminated on the surface of the base film and the pattern layer composed of a urethane resin with a glass transition point of -30--50 deg.C laminated on the release layer.
