PURPOSE:To save the space of a bath room by extending and arranging installation members with a pair of leg sections and beam sections oppositely and so that the beam sections are positioned along the direction of the drawing of a bed respectively. CONSTITUTION:In the installation base of a bath room unit 3, in which a bed 2 is housed in a bed housing space 1 in a lower section in a freely drawable manner, installation members 6 with a pair of leg sections 4 and beam sections 5 extending over the upper sections of the leg sections are disposed oppositely at a regular interval and so that the beam sections 5 are extended along the direction of the drawing of the bed 2. A plurality of reinforcing tools 7 are elongated on the base side of the bath room unit 3, and the bath room unit 3 is mounted on the installation base so that the reinforcing tools 7 are positioned at the beam sections 5 in a transverse axial manner. Nuts, etc., are buried to the reinforcing tools 7 and female screw sections 8 are formed, and board materials 9 are built between a pair of the beams sections 5 and the board materials 9 are interposed among the beam sections 5 and the base of the bath room unit 3.
