RECOMBINANT PLASMID AND PRODUCTION OF INSECTICIDAL PROTEIN USING THE SAME

PURPOSE:To prepare a new plasmid and to produce an insecticidal protein by using the plasmid. CONSTITUTION:Plasmid pCRY30-BT having an insecticidal protein gene derived from Bacillus thuringiensis, stable multipliable in a coryneform type bacterium is prepared by the conventional method, a coryneform bacterium is transformed with the plasmid pCRY30-B and the prepared bacterium is cultured to give an insecticidal protein delta endotoxin.
