PURPOSE:To make this microwave package have favorable microwave property extending over a wide band area, and minimize the occupation area in the case of arranging plural pieces. CONSTITUTION:Cavity parts 22a and 22b are arranged, being slid in the longitudinal direction, each independently in a package body. Furthermore, these dimensions L in width directions are half or less than the wavelength of the used frequency of microwaves. On the other hand, a plurality of through holes are provided, at intervals enough smaller than the wavelength of the used frequency of microwaves, on both sides of triplet lines 23a and 23b built in the sidewall 26 of a cavity, and microwave terminals 8a and 8b and power control signal external terminals 24a-24f are provided on the same face at both ends in longitudinal direction of the package body. |
