<p>PURPOSE:To improve the quality reliability of a photocoupler and simplify the manufacturing process of the photocoupler. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting and receiving elements 11 and 12 are respectively mounted on lead frames 13 and 14 so that the elements 11 and 12 can be faced to each other. A secondary molded body 17 is formed by using a light shielding thermoplastic resin. Since a primary molded body 16 and the secondary molded body 17 are formed by injection molding, no burr is produced. In addition, no boundary 18 is formed between the molded bodies 16 and 17.</p> |
