<p>PURPOSE:To constitute the input circuit having plural threshold voltages by the smaller number of elements by varying an output voltage of a reference voltage generating circuit by a time division, and making a capacitor hold its voltage as a comparison voltage. CONSTITUTION:At a prescribed timing, data VREF (set value) of reference voltage setting registers 102a-102d is outputted to a local bus 111, and a multiplexer 104 outputs a reference voltage in accordance with the set value VREF of the registers 102a-102d. Subsequently, one input of comparators 105a-105d is always held in the reference voltage based on the set value of the registers 102a-102d. Also, the other input of the comparators 105a-105d is connected to analog input terminals 101a-101d. Accordingly, the input terminal 101a-101d can have the respective different threshold voltages.</p> |
