PURPOSE:To relieve the load of a control section of a host exchange by selecting only one radio base station set to the control mode when radio base stations are subject to group control. CONSTITUTION:Base stations 2, 4 making radio communication with a radio mobile equipment 1 resident in a radio zone 20 are connected to a private branch of electronic exchange by wires via subscriber circuits 3, 5. The radio base stations 2, 4 are transited to any mode among plural modes including the control mode controlling the notice and call connection to the radio mobile equipment 1 and the talking mode for making talking and form one group. The subscriber circuits 3, 5 make communication of information for exclusive control to select only one radio base station set to the control mode in the radio base stations 2, 4 in the group via a bus 6.
