PURPOSE:To facilitate deletion by classifying respective graphic codes in either of all segments and registering the graphic codes to be deleted segment when a deletion key is pressed. CONSTITUTION:10 pieces of keys ST1-ST10 are prepared for soft keys 11 and the corresponding function items of a hierarchical structure are respectively allocated and displayed on a display screen as soft key display. Then, at the time of the deletion, in the case when plural graphic elements are displayed at the coordinates of the display screen indicated by a cursor, one of the deletion modes, 'standard' for not questioning the kind of the graphic code to be deleted, 'road' for deleting only the graphic code segmented in a road, 'character' for deleting only the graphic code segmented in a character and 'balloon' for deleting only the graphic code segmented in a balloon prepared at the soft keys 11 beforehand is selected and only the graphic code segmented to the deletion mode is deleted. |
