PURPOSE:To decide a desired page and to quickly execute an image display by executing a table display of the correspondence of a page name and a page number as a contents images. CONSTITUTION:When a document image is read and stored by a communication conference equipment 1, information related to the whole document and a page name of every one page are inputted. The equipment 1 generates a contents file, based on the input information. At the time of displaying the document image, the document information and the page name are displayed in accordance with its contents file. In such a way, by deciding a desired page from the page name, a necessary image can be displayed quickly, and such a complicated work as the document image is recorded in advance and the contents are generated becomes unnecessary. Also, plural equipments 1 are connected to an ISDN 2, and the respective equipments 1 execute transmission to an arbitrary other party equipment and execute an opposed communication. |
